Evacuees across Florida are making their way back home after Hurricane Irma but many must confront the hard work of recovery. Nearly every house in the Keys was impacted and the Jacksonville area remains under water and without power. John Yang is joined by P.J. Tobia, Jacksonville Mayor Lenny Curry and David Ovalle of the Miami Herald to learn how Floridians are faring.
